Larger & repeat print runs

Larger and repeat print runs, organized from print to delivery.

PA Fastprint plans higher-volume and repeat digital print projects around the quantity, finishing, sorting, mailing, and delivery requirements that matter after the pages leave the press.

More than pages coming off a press

A commercial run may need hundreds or thousands of consistent pieces, several printed components, repeat ordering, or a plan for how finished materials are counted and distributed. For business cards, flyers, and office stationery, you can also explore everyday printing.

To request a quote, tell us the product, quantity, finished size, requested date, and any binding or mailing needs. Print-ready artwork is required for production; it is optional when first requesting a quote.

What we print for larger and repeat orders

One substantial run, a coordinated group of pieces, or an ongoing requirement can all be reviewed as one production plan.

Campaign and marketing materials

Flyers, brochures, pamphlets, postcards, inserts, handouts, and coordinated campaign pieces.

Envelopes and mailers

Printed envelopes, postcards, self-mailers, and related pieces prepared around the mailing requirements.

Forms and operational print

Forms, carbonless forms, tickets, cheques, and repeat materials used across day-to-day operations.

Booklets, manuals, and reports

Multi-page documents, training materials, reports, programs, and presentation-ready print.

Sorted and distributed projects

Printed pieces counted, organized, and prepared for multiple departments, branches, events, or destinations.

Repeat print programs

Consistent specifications for materials reordered on a regular, seasonal, or campaign-based schedule.

Inline finishing

Finishing that keeps suitable runs moving

When finishing can happen as part of the production path, it reduces separate handling and can make longer runs more efficient and cost-effective. Available options depend on the size, stock, page count, and final format.

Four-edge trimming and finished full bleed

The TU-510e can trim all four sides of suitable printed sheets so colour can extend cleanly to the finished edge on cards, flyers, handouts, menus, and other multi-up products.

Creasing and two-direction perforation

Creasing helps suitable heavier stocks fold more cleanly, while horizontal and vertical perforation can create tear-off sections for tickets, coupons, reply pieces, and forms.

Saddle stitching and square-back finishing

Suitable multi-page booklets can be gathered, folded, stitched, face-trimmed, and pressed into a flatter, more defined spine for programs, guides, manuals, and reports.

Inline punching for coil and binder use

Installed dies can punch suitable runs for coil binding or 3-, 5-, and 7-hole binder applications. Coil insertion and closing are completed separately after printing.

Collating, stacking, and stapling

Suitable document sets can be collated, offset-stacked, and stapled during production, reducing separate handling for manuals, reports, training material, and presentation sets.

More finishing completed in-house

Keeping compatible cutting, folding, punching, and booklet work in the production path can reduce extra handling and support efficient, consistent output.

Sorting, mailing, and distribution

Sorted, bundled, and ready for delivery or mailing

A larger print run may need to be divided between locations, counted by department, bundled for events, or prepared for a mailing. Include the destination quantities and handling requirements in the project brief so they can be reviewed as part of the production plan.

  • Counted and sorted for multiple locations or internal groups
  • Bundled, banded, or labelled to match the approved distribution list
  • Suitable mailers prepared and delivered to Canada Post after mailing details are confirmed

Professional production system

Printing and finishing under one roof

Our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C7100 production system combines automated measurement with extensive inline finishing. Keeping more work in-house reduces unnecessary handling while supporting dependable, professionally finished results.

Intelligent colour and registration control

The IQ-501 measures colour density and front-to-back registration during compatible runs and can make ongoing adjustments. We pair that automation with hands-on quality checks.

Sharp detail and professional colour

S.E.A.D. X imaging and Simitri V toner support fine detail, smooth gradients, rich colour, and an attractive matte finish across suitable coated, uncoated, textured, and specialty stocks.

Professional PDF processing

Our Adobe PDF Print Engine workflow supports modern PDF files, transparency, and industry-standard PDF/X formats so complex supplied artwork can move more reliably into production.
