Privacy Policy

Updated September 6, 2026

P.A. FAST PRINT INC., operating as PA Fastprint handles the personal information provided through this website to answer enquiries, produce orders, arrange delivery, process payments, and maintain business records.

Information we collect and why

Quote and order forms collect the contact information you provide, such as your name, business or organization, email, phone number, delivery address, requested date, and project details. Uploaded artwork, filenames, dimensions, quantities, and approvals are used to quote, prepare, and document your order. Artwork may contain personal information: supply only information needed for the job and only files you have permission to provide.

Stripe collects payment and billing information in its secure checkout. We receive payment status, transaction references, totals, tax amounts, and contact information needed for the order. Our website does not receive your full card number or card security code.

Our hosting and security services also process routine technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs, to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse. These operational records are separate from optional audience measurement.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website and store online order files and records, Stripe for payments and checkout tax calculations, Resend for website email delivery, and Freightcom and relevant carriers for shipping quotes and delivery. Calculating shipping shares the recipient name, destination address, and parcel information with the shipping service. Quote files and details are sent to our business mailbox so we can respond.

If you choose sale-update emails, Mailchimp processes your name, email, and subscription information. Ordering or requesting a quote does not sign you up. Confirm the separate email subscription and use the unsubscribe option to stop marketing messages.

These services and email systems may process or store information outside Canada, where local laws and lawful government access requirements may differ. PA Fastprint remains accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing on our behalf. We share information needed to provide these services, and may disclose records where required or permitted by law, including to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Uniform customizer

The uniform design tool uses a third-party provider and loads automatically when you open the customizer page. The connections needed to operate that tool are separate from optional website analytics: choosing essential cookies only does not block the customizer. Review the information below before using the tool or entering personal information.

Uniform customizer: provider and information sharing

Our third-party uniform customizer provider is Custimoo. When you open the customizer page, the tool loads automatically and your browser connects to its services and to jsDelivr, which delivers supporting software. Those connections transmit technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Designs, uploaded artwork, and any contact or team information you enter in the tool are processed by the customizer provider to operate the tool and handle your design request. Provide only information needed for your design, and obtain permission before supplying other people’s names, photographs, or other personal information.

The tool may use its own browser storage. Our optional analytics choice does not control this separate tool. You can close the page to stop using it, or send completed artwork and order details directly to PA Fastprint through our quote form instead. Contact us for further information about the provider’s handling of your information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage support access protection, file handling, checkout, and remembering your privacy choice. Stripe may use its own storage and processing in checkout. Essential website operation does not require you to accept optional analytics.

With your permission, we remember campaign details, advertising click identifiers, the referring website, and the page that brought you here. We associate that information with quote activity to understand how customers find us. This browser record becomes ineligible for use after 90 days without a new identifiable visit and is removed when next checked. Vercel usage and performance measurement also run only if you allow optional measurement. They measure visited pages, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device information, and page-loading performance. We exclude the DTF builder, private order pages, and payment-return pages from Vercel measurements and exclude private order pages and payment-return pages from campaign collection. You can decline and still use our services, or change your choice below.

How long information is kept

Keep your original artwork. We may delete production artwork and generated layout files as soon as the order is completed, including the next day, unless preservation is needed for a legal obligation, an access request, or an unresolved dispute. We do not promise to store files for 90 days or to keep them for reorders. Order specifications, approvals, payment records, and business correspondence are separate records and are retained only as long as needed for accounting, tax, resolving order issues, or other identified legal or business purposes.

You may ask us to delete information we no longer need. We assess requests against outstanding orders, recordkeeping obligations, and legitimate needs to resolve disputes. Deletion of one production copy does not necessarily remove copies from correspondence, service-provider backups, or records that must be retained. We do not promise that all copies disappear immediately.

Protection and your choices

We use access controls, private order-file storage, and encrypted website connections to help protect information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your saved order record and private order link confidential.

You can request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent for a use that relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Some information is necessary to complete an order; withdrawing that permission may prevent us from providing the requested service and does not remove legal recordkeeping obligations.

Send an access request in writing to the owner using the email or postal address below. You can ask what information we hold, how it has been used, and to whom it has been disclosed. We respond to access requests within 30 calendar days, subject to extensions permitted by law. If an extension is needed, we notify you within that initial period with the reason, the new deadline, and your right to complain. Access is provided at little or no cost; we tell you in advance about any proposed charge. If access is restricted under a legal exception, we explain the decision in writing as permitted by law. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about your rights or to make a complaint.
