Who these terms cover
These terms describe custom printing orders from P.A. FAST PRINT INC., operating as PA Fastprint. The DTF Gang Sheet Builder takes payment for custom DTF transfers. A quote request for another service does not place a paid order; its product specifications, price, and timing must be agreed separately. Any specific written order agreement and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Supply print-ready artwork
Customers must supply completed, print-ready artwork. We do not offer artwork creation, design, editing, or file repair. You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to have it reproduced, including any logos, photographs, names, and other protected content. You permit us and the service providers needed to fulfil your order to process and reproduce the supplied files for that purpose.
Approve the exact order
Before payment, review every design, spelling, finished size, quantity, orientation, and the complete layout, as well as your contact and delivery information. For DTF orders, supply PNG files and review image-quality and background warnings; 300 DPI at the finished size is recommended. Approved file-quality issues may appear in the printed result. Our printability review does not replace your approval or include correcting your artwork. If a file cannot be printed as supplied, you are responsible for arranging a corrected file. Changes or additional charges require your approval.
Prices, taxes, and payment
All online DTF prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Printing is $10 per linear foot with a $25 minimum printing charge. The builder calculates the roll length from the designs, quantities, and spacing. Applicable taxes and the selected delivery charge appear in secure checkout before you pay. Stripe processes your payment. Completing payment places the order; PA Fastprint checks the paid order before production. No further payment is due for the order as shown unless you approve a later change. Online order numbers identify website purchases and are separate from our accounting invoice numbers.
Final sales and cancellations
Custom printing orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for a change of mind, incorrect customer-approved details, or artwork-quality issues you approved. Production may begin promptly. Changes or exceptions are at PA Fastprint’s discretion and are not guaranteed. This policy does not exclude cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that apply by law.
If we make a mistake
If your order is short or has a printing or manufacturing defect caused by PA Fastprint, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will normally correct the issue by supplying missing items or reprinting affected items at our expense, including any necessary replacement shipping. This policy does not limit your rights to a refund or another remedy under applicable law.
Production dates and delivery
Your requested needed-by date is a request, not a promised completion or delivery date. Contact us before ordering if a particular deadline is essential, so timing can be agreed. We will contact you if we cannot meet your requested timing. Shipping is available to supported Canadian addresses; available services, charges, and carrier transit estimates are shown before payment. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude production time. A selected shipping service does not mean that the order has shipped. Contact us about a missing or damaged delivery so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Pickup
Pickup is free at 400 40th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 5P9. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready. Shop hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding national holidays.
Keep your artwork and order record
Keep your original artwork and download or print your order confirmation and accepted terms. Artwork may be deleted as soon as the order is completed, including the following day, unless preservation is needed for a legal obligation, an access request, or an unresolved dispute. We do not guarantee a storage period or that files will be available for reorders. Removing production files does not remove the order specifications, approval, or payment records we retain for business and legal purposes. Contact us if you need another copy of your order record.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact info@pafp.ca or 306-763-8897 (calls only; no texts), quoting your order number. These terms do not waive rights under applicable consumer protection law. The terms saved with your order are the version that applies to that order; later website changes do not retroactively change your agreement.
