DTF ordering & artwork approval

These details apply to custom DTF transfer orders placed through the PA Fastprint Gang Sheet Builder.

Check every detail before approval

Confirm each design, spelling, finished size, quantity, orientation, and the complete layout. Check that your name, contact information, requested date, and delivery details are correct. We produce the quantities and artwork you approve.

Use clear PNG artwork at the intended print size; 300 DPI is recommended. Review any warnings about low resolution, backgrounds, or other file issues before continuing. If you approve a warning, you accept that the issue shown may appear in your printed transfers. Have any necessary corrections completed before ordering. PA Fastprint does not create, edit, or repair artwork.

Payment and production

The printing price, selected delivery charge, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Completing payment places your order. PA Fastprint checks the order before production, but this check does not replace your responsibility to approve accurate details and suitable artwork.

If a file cannot be printed as supplied, we will contact you to request a corrected, print-ready file. You are responsible for arranging the correction. Any changes to the order or additional charges require your approval.

Final-sale policy

DTF orders are custom printed and are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for a change of mind, incorrect customer-approved details, or artwork-quality issues you approved. Production may begin promptly. Changes or exceptions are at PA Fastprint’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

If your order is short or has a printing or manufacturing defect caused by PA Fastprint, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will normally correct the issue by supplying missing items or reprinting affected items at our expense, including any necessary replacement shipping. This policy does not limit your rights to a refund or another remedy under applicable law.

Requested dates, pickup, and shipping

We aim to print and pack your order within 1–2 working days (Monday–Thursday), depending on the print schedule and order size. Shipping transit time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.

Your needed-by date is a request, not a guaranteed production or delivery date. Contact us before ordering if a specific deadline is essential. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include production time.

For pickup, wait until PA Fastprint confirms your order is ready before coming to the shop at 400 40th Street East, Prince Albert. For shipping, check the full delivery address before payment. Selecting a shipping service does not mean your order has already been dispatched.
